Code of Conduct
Simplinx Elektronik Ltd is an industrial technology company based in Istanbul, Turkey. This document describes how we conduct our business — with customers, suppliers, and each other. We have kept it short and honest.
1 Honesty & Fair Dealing
We do business honestly. We do not mislead customers about our products, pricing, or capabilities. We do not pay bribes or offer improper incentives to win business — and we expect the same from suppliers and partners. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.
2 Our People
We pay fair wages, respect working-hours limits, and provide a safe workplace. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment. Everyone at Simplinx is treated with respect regardless of background. Our occupational health and safety management system is certified to ISO 45001.
3 Data & Security
We handle customer and personal data carefully. We comply with GDPR and KVKK. We do not sell or share data beyond what is necessary to deliver our services. Security is part of our product — and part of how we operate internally. Our information security management system is certified to ISO 27001.
4 Environment
Our products comply with RoHS and REACH. We minimise waste where we can. We do not make environmental claims we cannot back up. Our environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001.
5 Raising Concerns
If something feels wrong — inside or outside the company — we want to hear about it. Contact us at info@simplinx.com. There are no repercussions for raising a concern in good faith.
