Controlled Access.
Hard Isolation. Live Data.
OEM remote access without exposing your network. A hard OT/IT boundary enforced in hardware. Continuous production data collection — on-device, then to any cloud or database.
OEM Suppliers Connect to Their Machine — Nothing More
Each machine on your production floor may come from a different OEM. Each supplier needs remote service access. SMX-RNS20 gives them exactly that — an encrypted, firewall-enforced channel to their own machine. No VPN, no shared access, no visibility into the rest of your plant.
- Only registered machine builders with a valid SSL certificate or USB Dongle can connect
- All other connection requests are blocked by the integrated firewall — automatically
- Each supplier reaches only their machine — the rest of the floor is invisible to them
- Full connection log: who connected, from where, and for how long
- P2P encrypted tunnel — production data never passes through Simplinx servers
A Hard Boundary Between Production and the Office
SMX-GTW10 sits between your production network and the office LAN as a stateful hardware firewall. PLCs, panels, and PCs on the machine side have no access to the office network — and no internet access. Only traffic that is explicitly permitted passes through.
- Default-deny stateful firewall — all traffic blocked unless explicitly defined
- PLCs, panels, and PCs on the production side cannot reach the office LAN or internet
- Virtual IP per OEM machine — each supplier is mapped to one device only
- Bidirectional access lists: separate rules for WAN→LAN and LAN→WAN per device
- Real-time blocked packet monitor — every dropped connection logged with source, destination, and port
Tag Data From Any PLC — On-Device, Then Anywhere
SMX-IoT10 runs SX-IO and reads process variables from any PLC or sensor using 7 protocol drivers simultaneously. Data is stored in the on-device historian, evaluated locally for alarm conditions, and forwarded to your cloud platform or database — with no middleware required.
- Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC-UA, Siemens S7, OMRON FINS, and Serial — simultaneously
- On-device alarm evaluation — email and SMS alerts without a cloud round-trip
- OEE tracking: 17 OMAC machine states, state timelines, automated shift reports
- Push to cloud platforms or write directly into SQL databases — no middleware
- Offline buffer — data queued on-device during outages, synced on reconnect
